Energy & Water Systems
Integrated energy and water solutions for communities and industry
Prim Synergy Management was founded on a conviction that energy and water — the two most fundamental inputs to human productivity and health — must be addressed together, not in isolation. In many African communities, the absence of one exacerbates the absence of the other: without energy, water cannot be pumped or treated; without water, energy systems cannot be cooled or maintained.
Prim Synergy designs and deploys solar energy systems and atmospheric water generation (AWG) technology — creating self-sustaining, integrated infrastructure that communities and industries can rely on independently of fragile national grids and scarce groundwater sources.
The venture has a particular focus on the mining sector, where energy and water demands are high, reliability is critical, and the environmental stakes demand sustainable solutions. It also serves residential developments, commercial properties, and rural communities.
Atmospheric water generation technology extracts moisture directly from ambient air, requiring only electricity to operate — making it an ideal complement to solar energy systems in environments where conventional water sources are unreliable or contaminated.

The Hub is envisioned as a physical and programmatic space where ideas, capital, and talent converge — becoming a foundational institution for West Africa's innovation economy.
Feasibility Stage · Housing
Sustainable, dignified housing communities that integrate renewable energy, atmospheric water access, and thoughtful community design principles — from the foundation up.
Koku Homes is currently in feasibility assessment, exploring models for sustainable construction, community governance, and integrated utilities that could serve as templates for dignified African housing at scale.
Conceptual · Finance
A conceptual model for community-rooted insurance products and private banking infrastructure — building the financial resilience of populations currently excluded from formal financial systems.
